Foodstuff and Technology Investment Corporation (FOCOCEV) is a state owned company directly under the Ministry of Trade of S.R. Vietnam. We are special Foodstuff and Agricuture products. Especially, we are one of the biggest manufacturer and supplier of Native Tapioca Starch in Vietnam, which we have exported to China, Korea and Australia.
