Shijiazhuang Industrial Pump Factory Co., Ltd. (short name is SGB) is a state-owned large-scale industrial pump manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, design, manufacture, marketing and service. With more than 70 years history of machinery along with over 30 years experience in industrial pumps, SGB has a very high market share in China and it is also the leader slurry pump manufacturer in China.
After many years' development, SGB now occupies 20,000 square meters site area, 800 large and medium equipment and over 200 sophisticated equipment such as CNC, Director-reading Spectrometer, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), Rapid-typing Machine and large hydraulic test station, etc. Based on these facilities, SGB has the abilities of material inspection, casting, welding, machining, assembling and the performance test of pump unit. In 2014 and 2016, SGB built advanced Lost Foam Process and V-process casting production lines respectively, and the casting capacity increasing from 8000 tons/year to 12000 tons/year, and the maximum casting capacity of a single piece is 20 tons. In order to cooperate with the transformation and upgrading of casting, SGB has introduced dozens of CNC processing equipment in recent years, and all casting tooling has realized NC intelligent production, which has improved the accuracy of model size and production efficiency, and shortened the production cycle.
