INVT Power is a subsidiary company of INVT Group (Stock code: 002334) , as a manufacturer in China, mainly offers various online UPS, precision air conditioners, and modular data center solutions for customers from around the world.

Covering an area of about 880,000m², INVT Fuyong production base uses about 40,000 m², with a 3-level main building and a 2-level auxiliary workshop. There are about 600 employees, and the design capacity is 800,000 units per year.

We have three production lines and a Cell Production Line for data center network power products, two Roller Conveyor Assembly Lines, one for the production of rack and base station precision cooling system, and the other produces In-row and room precision air conditioner. One line for our modular data center solution production,like iSmart series micro & mini data center, iWit single row data center, iTalent modular data center will be produced on this line. The Cell Production Line mainly used for the assembly of iSmart, iWit, iTalent modular data center and outdoor unit of precision air conditioner above 38kW when business is busy.

As the digital factory, INVT introduces the ERP, IPS, SRM, TMS, MES to control the entire process and adopts the scientific management to guarantee product quality and delivery efficiency. Every key segment, from Material receiving, Raw material storage, PCBA processing, Assembly, Aging test, package, and Finished product storage to the TMS transportation management system, will be strictly controlled by INVT Power.

INVT Professional Laboratories are located in headquarters of Guangming District, Shenzhen. There are six laboratories including EMC Laboratory, Safety Laboratory, IP Protection Laboratory, Climate Reliability Laboratory, Mechanical Reliability Laboratory and Components Laboratory with a total area of nearly 1300㎡, mainly responsible for EMC, safety, reliability, professional testing and certification of all products of the Group. The laboratories have many industry-leading instruments and equipment, covering high-professional and versatile experimental projects to improve product reliability.

The laboratory takes the international management system as the standard, and strictly implements the relevant requirements of ISO/IEC 17025. Relying on the high level of management and excellent business level ability, the laboratory has has successively received the CNAS laboratory accreditation issued by the China National Conformity Assessment Committee, ACT accreditation (data accreditation) authorized by TUV, the UL Witness Testing laboratory, Guangdong Province and Shenzhen Frequency Converter Engineering Center, postdoctoral innovation practice base and other qualifications. It has established a good cooperation and exchange mechanism with many authoritative institutions and universities, such as UL of the United States, TUV of Germany, ETL of the United States, Harbin Institute of Technology, Southeast University and so on.
