Digital display fully automatic misting machine is currently the advanced machine for high-pressure fogging, humidifying, cooling, dust-suppression and static-elimination. Normal working pressure: 5Mpa-6Mpa. Extreme working pressure: 14Mpa. The machine can be used as an auxilliary equipment for air-condition system and for humidifying, cooling, dust-suppression and static-elimination in the workshops for such industries as textile, webbing, paper-making, tobacco and printing. Complete with American high-pressure pumps, humidity sensors, digital display PLC, motors and fogging nozzles, the machine can achieve a fully automatic humidity control system and an unmanned management. Compact in structure, stable and reliable in performance, the machine needs no air-compressor. Low energy consumption (only 1.1KW), low noise, it is most ideal for the space with an area of 100-3000 square meters for humidity control, cooling and dust-suppression.
In terms of running costs for area per unit, it is only 1/20th of the traditional humidifying and refrigeration. In the course of high-pressure fogging, a large amount of water has been evaporated to absorb heat, allowing the temperature in the space to drop by 4-10 degrees and at the same time producing a large quantity of anion, so you can enjoy fresh air in the workshops just as you get from the forests.
