General Description of Acid Protease:
Function and characteristics
This product is applied to hydrolyze the proteins of vegetable and animal in acid medium and acts on inside bond to form small peptides and amino acids. The addition of this product to the processing of alcohol and distilled spirit can promote the growth of yeast to accelerate fermentation speed and improve alcohol productivity. In feedstuff industry, this product can be used as an additive by combined with other enzymes (such as cellulase, pectase andβ-glucanase and so on) for the preparation of complex feedstuff enzymes. It can further improve the nutrition value of feedstuff to accelerate the growth and increase weight of livestock and poultry.

Acid proteinase: 50,000 u/g
Definition of enzyme activity: The amount of enzyme in 1 gram enzyme powder required to hydrolyze casein to produce 1ug tyrosine per minute at the condition of 40℃ and pH3.0 is defined as one unit of enzyme activity, expressed with u/g.
Application scope
This product can be used in industry of fur softening, wool dying, alcohol production, and as feed additive. It also can be applied in the industry of food and nutritional health care to hydrolyze animal and vegetable proteins for the production of protein hydrolysate nutrient solution.
