Major Use：
HYCH-6142/50 series of HawkingPT CNC lathe is integrated with two function of precise turning and HawkingPT mirror finishing which is invented and owned only by Huawin Company as an invention patent. It is specially suitable for various kinds of helicoid part with hardness less than HRC60 and required value of surface roughness Ra 0.2 ~ 0.8µm, including soft, hard, viscous alloy steel and stainless steel which is difficult to process. It adopts precise turning and HawkingPT mirror finishing instead of grinding to process surfaces of cylindrical, inner bore, cone, arc, end face, groove and etc. Processing efficiency is increased more than 3 times, consumption cost of cutting tool reduced more than 50%, surface hardness increased more than 20%. Meanwhile fatigue performance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance of part also increased.
