Hawking Spherical Super Finishing Lathe

Major Uses:
HYQH series of HawkingPT Unlimit+ machine tool for spherical surface is integrated with normal turning and Huawin’s specific HawkingPT Mirror Finishing technology. It is specially suitable for precise finishing of all kinds of spherical parts’ excircle or inner bore surface (especially ball valves and ball stud), whose hardness should be less than HRC60 and roughness of surface required to be less than Ra0.2µm. It uses normal turning and HawkingPT mirror finishing to process excircle or inner bore surface instead of grinding and traditional polishing. Its processing efficiency is more than twice grinding spherical surface, five times traditional polishing; with less than 50% material consumption, surface hardness increases more than 20% and tightness of spherical surface increase greatly, meanwhile also improve fatigue performance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
