Hydraulic cylinder, also known as valve box, is the main component and important accessories of mud pump of oil drilling rig. The valve box of mud pump produced by our company is made of large forgings of high-quality alloy steel with corrosion resistance and high strength, and after quenching and tempering treatment, it has tension resistance . At the same time, XH768 numerical control processing equipment and technology with drilling, milling and tapping as a whole are adopted in the internal cavity processing, which makes the valve box withstand 35MPa working pressure, improves the processing accuracy and safety factor of the valve box, makes the valve box have the advantages of high pressure, corrosion resistance and long service life, and more adapts to the requirements of drilling technology such as high pump pressure and large displacement in oil field. In accordance with API 7K specification, it is widely used in oil drilling industry. The material of the cylinder is alloy steel 35CrMo or 40CrMnMo forgings, and the three cylinders of each pump can be exchanged. The structure design of F pump through cylinder, i. e. valve top valve, reduces the volume of the cylinder and improves the volume efficiency. If users require, electroless nickel plating can be done on the surface of the cylinder to enhance its corrosion resistance.
