1.The blade is made of polyurethane, with low wearing, high strength and no damage to the belt. The hollow buffer holes of the blade enables the blade a large extensibility t o achieve a complete scraping effect;
2. Modular design of the blade and slot push structure of the aluminum alloy fixing seat makes the installation and replacement more convenient;
3. A set of constant-pressure spring adjusting seats at both ends keeps the blade and the belt maintain a proper contact pressure. In case of any external force, the pressure spring can buffer the impact force in time,thus preventing the blade from damaging the belt;
4. Installed below the center line of the head pulley;
