·TPU is the abbreviation of thermoplastic polyurethane, which is divided into polyester type and polyether type.

1、Improve surface corrosion resistance
The product formula uses a variety of polymer materials, so that the modified TPU cable sheath material presents a matte surface, frosted surface and other high-quality textures or a soft, comfortable, dry rubber or silicone feel in the cable and optical cable extrusion process.

2、Improve processing performance
TPU has improved its performance in UV resistance, anti-fungus (GJB), anti-hydrolysis, and anti-chemical corrosion, and has a higher safety level, meeting the special requirements of flame-retardant TPU cables and optical cable sheaths:

· Anti-Fungus: Angreen TPU supplier's products have passed the 0-1 level anti-fungus test of the Chinese national military standard (GJB 150.01A);

· Hydrolysis Resistance: TPU waterproof material supports cables to pass the 1000H anti-hydrolysis test; passed the 168Hrs constant temperature water bath test.

· Oil Resistance: Support cables to pass 70℃/24h oil resistance test, with strength and elongation change rate ≤30%;

· Acid And Alkali Resistance: Support TPU polymer cables to pass 23℃/168H acid and alkali resistance test, with strength change rate ≤30%, and elongation ≥100%.

3、Improve environmental resistance
Extrusion TPU: Fully meet the requirements of TPU sheath filling, semi-filling, empty tube extrusion, and high-speed ultra-thin wall extrusion for wires, cables, and optical cables. High extrusion yield, less deterioration such as drooling, skin breakage, particles, roughness, and scratches. The wire diameter and roundness stability of wires, cables, and optical cables are good during high-speed extrusion.

4、Improve flame retardancy

7、Chemical foaming modification
