Charcoal machine/stick making machine

The working principle of a charcoal machine is mainly to convert wood or other biomass materials into charcoal through high-temperature dry distillation. Specifically, the raw materials undergo high-temperature heating in the charcoal machine, resulting in a dry distillation reaction that produces charcoal, coal gas, and exhaust gas. Among them, charcoal is rapidly cooled by a cooling system and eventually becomes solid charcoal.
The operational process for making charcoal
Raw material preparation: Grind the raw materials to make their particle size meet the requirements of the rod making machine. At the same time, it is necessary to control the humidity of the raw materials, usually within a certain range (such as 8%~12%).
Equipment inspection and preheating: Check whether the various components of the charcoal machine are intact and whether the connection parts are fastened. Then start the device and preheat it to reach the appropriate working temperature.
Feeding and rod making: After the equipment is preheated, the prepared raw materials are evenly fed into the feeding port of the rod making machine. During the rod making process, it is important to closely observe the formation of the charcoal rod, including its density, hardness, surface smoothness, etc. If any problems are found, adjust the humidity, particle size, or equipment parameters of the raw materials in a timely manner.
Carbonization and cooling: The charcoal sticks made are carbonized in a carbonization furnace, then cooled by a cooling system, and finally become finished charcoal.
Collection and packaging: Take out the finished charcoal from the discharge port and collect and package it.
