Cleaning well

Construction precautions

Pay special attention to filling the surrounding area of ​​the tank body with plain soil or yellow sand: when there is groundwater, fill the tank body with plain soil or yellow sand, and the fixed position of the tank body is evenly stressed.
4. During construction in the rainy season, drainage facilities should be available to prevent water accumulation in the foundation pit and slope collapse. At the same time, fill the tank body with water to prevent floating and displacement.
5. The construction should be carried out in accordance with the relevant engineering construction and acceptance specifications.

How to use

1. The selection of GRP septic tank is based on different buildings, and the design parameters are calculated by the single project designer.
2. The location of GRP septic tank should not affect the building foundation in principle; generally, the distance from the drinking water pool should not be less than 10m. The distance from the underground water intake structure should not be less than 30m. When the building foundation plane is higher than the septic tank foundation plane, the distance from the outer wall of the septic tank should not be less than 2m. When the building foundation plane is lower than the septic tank foundation plane, the net distance between the outer wall of the septic tank and the outer wall of the building should not be less than 5m.
3. The minimum soil cover of the overall GRP septic tank is 0.3m. The maximum soil cover should not exceed 3m. In cold areas, when the minimum temperature is below -10℃, the soil depth of the septic tank shall not be less than 12m. In areas where the average temperature in the coldest month is less than -13℃, when considering the setting depth of the FRP septic tank, the FRP septic tank should be set below the freezing line in the area.
4. The FRP septic tank is installed under the green belt, lawn, and sidewalk, and the soil cover should not exceed 1.5m; it can also be installed on the road.
5. Manhole cover: When there is no car passing, a locked light double-layer manhole cover and cover seat are used; when a car can pass, a locked heavy double-layer is used. The FRP septic tank also takes into account the needs of community greening or road square paving. The cast iron or polymer manhole cover is level with the ground. 6. If the volume of the FRP septic tank exceeds 50 m³, two single tanks can be connected in parallel or in series. If connected in series, the designer and the user must notify the manufacturer in advance for pre-setting, and the distance between the outer walls of the tanks must not be less than 500 mm.
