FRP septic tank refers to equipment made of synthetic resin as the matrix and glass fiber reinforced materials specially used for treating domestic sewage. FRP septic tank is a domestic sewage purification treatment equipment for civil buildings such as industrial enterprise living rooms and urban residential quarters. Cleaning well

In order to prevent leakage of the brick well wall, the inner and outer walls of the inspection well are required to be coated with waterproof mortar, with a thickness of 20mm (1:2 waterproof mortar, 5% waterproof agent of the internal reference cement weight), and 45 at the inner corner. Inclined surface, 50mm thick. When there is groundwater, apply two coats of hot asphalt (or other waterproof coating) on the outer wall of the well, and finally cover the soil to the ground level.
Construction precautions
1. When excavating the foundation trench, the geological conditions should be mastered.
2. The location and burial depth of the FRP septic tank should be strictly laid out and positioned according to the design requirements.
3. After the FRP septic tank is in place, the soil should be backfilled in time, and the tank body should be filled with water to prevent displacement. The backfill soil is required to be screened, without sharp stones and construction waste. When there is no groundwater, the soil density is 0.95 and compacted. Pay special attention to filling the surrounding area of the tank body with plain soil or yellow sand: when there is groundwater, fill the tank body with plain soil or yellow sand, and the fixed position of the tank body is evenly stressed.
4. During construction in the rainy season, drainage facilities should be available to prevent water accumulation in the foundation pit and slope collapse. At the same time, fill the tank body with water to prevent floating and displacement.
5. The construction should be carried out in accordance with the relevant engineering construction and acceptance specifications.

How to use

2. The location of GRP septic tank should not affect the building foundation in principle; generally, the distance from the drinking water pool should not be less than 10m. The distance from the underground water intake structure should not be less than 30m. When the building foundation plane is higher than the septic tank foundation plane, the distance from the outer wall of the septic tank should not be less than 2m. When the building foundation plane is lower than the septic tank foundation plane, the net distance between the outer wall of the septic tank and the outer wall of the building should not be less than 5m.
3. The minimum soil cover of the overall GRP septic tank is 0.3m. The maximum soil cover should not exceed 3m. In cold areas, when the minimum temperature is below -10℃, the soil depth of the septic tank shall not be less than 12m. In areas where the average temperature in the coldest month is less than -13℃, when considering the setting depth of the FRP septic tank, the FRP septic tank should be set below the freezing line in the area.
4. The FRP septic tank is installed under the green belt, lawn, and sidewalk, and the soil cover should not exceed 1.5m; it can also be installed on the road.
