Gearbox/ Speed reducer

Gears are carburizing hardened to HRC 58-62.And they are hobbed and ground which bring lower noice and temperature- rising.

Conic and cylindric speed reducer:

1. The main parameter, for example, center distance and ratio, are accoring ro R20, and main parts can interchanged between different series.

2. Loading capacity is high. The gears are super alloy steel, carburized, quenched, ground.

3. Small cubage, light weight, high precision, high efficiency, long life and low noise (no more than 85 db)

4. Splash lubrucation. When the thermal power is not enough, please adopt the circular oil lubricate or circular water cooling.
