The product structure:

1. All of the shell adopt 304 stainless steel so it durable; with elegant and humanely design,
2. More than 7 inch touching screen, intelligent and numerical control, manual/automatically panorama monitoring;
3. the equipment installation Specification

1. the equipment should be set in a place where should be dry, clean, ventilation, and the temperature shall be less than 45
℃

2. make sure the cooling water in and out pipe, gas source(oxygen or air)pipe, the power circuit be connected well; and make sure water pipe, gas pipe etc without any leakage; the operating interface will be appeared on the touching screen in real time when take on the machine protection switch;
3. touching the screen by hand to enter the control system, and setting such as ozone operating time, circle situation, ozone density output, production.
and so on; afterwards starting choose to work, the machine will be automatically processed in accordance with your setting, and will be monitored in accordance with the protection data which have been set by the machine manufacturer; the machine will be alarmed and the problem parts will be show on the touching screen, automatically stop discharging high voltage, once some parts with problem; it can ensure the equipment work reliable and panoramic intelligent monitored;

Notice:

1.please check the equipment if in good state against the list of packaging and if it completely in good condition, after dismantled the package;

2.do not hit so it can avoid breakage ,during the delivery

3.do not try to open the plastic film on the machine, it should be set in place where is dry and ventilation when the machine is not necessary to install in time;

4.the equipment must be keep upright, and can not be placed flat; the machine should be placed in a place where must away water raining and humidity must be less than 90%;

5.the machine prohibit to apply in a place where with possibility of flammable and explosive;

6.prohibit to choke the vent of the machine, otherwise the temperature of the ozone generator will be higher, and it will cause the ozone concentration to be reduced, also the service life will be less;

7.ozone is a strong oxidant, do not touch the ozone for long time, it will be good to enter the completely sealed space after ozone machine stopped work in 60 minutes;

8.do not open the machine box if you are not a experts, common electrician can open the machine box after him be allowed by experts only

Machine daily maintenance:

1.the machine should be placed in a place where with dry, ventilation and temperature should be between-10~40℃,relative humidity less than 85%;

2.when maintaining, the cooling water must be closed, and power source, oxygen source, or air compressor must be off;

3. vent and gas exit should be inspected regularly; and shall be cleaned in the case of there is much dust on it;

4.the machine can continuously work for 24 hours, but make sure the cooling water and the temperature in good condition;

5.make sure the cleaning cloth be dried by twist for sweeping machine purpose, and do not drop water into the machine.
