PRODUCT APPLICATION INSTRUCTION:

YJ-5GQ-A WIDE VOLTAGE OZONE MACHINE is a human ideal equipment to do water treatment and air disinfection for civil projects; The products widely have been used to do air purification from room, and to eliminate pesticides from fruits or vegetables, also medical operating room, aseptic workshop, food processing, storage room, bacteria feeding room, farming, laundry shop, hotel, restaurant, center air condition system and so on.
The equipment installation introduction:

1 step: The equipment should be placed in a place where must be dry cleaning and good ventilation, temperature will not more than 4
5℃

2 step:  Exit of the machine should be connected well with pipe, put the pipe in the place where need to do treatment
3 step: When gas source is AIR, please use plastic pipe to connect AIR OUTPUT and AIR/OXYGEN INPUT(IT ALREADY HAS BEEN DONE BY MANUFACTURER AT FACTORY),then take the switch to indicator of AIR; When gas source is OXYGEN , then the plastic pipe should be disassembled from AIR/OXYGEN INPUT, OXYGEN pipe should be connected on the exit of AIR/OXYGEN, take the switch to the indicator of OXYGEN;
4 step: Put on power after power cable has been connected, the machine will enter state of operating which will be appeared on screen in real time
5 step: Setting working type:(numerical control)
A.
Press setting button, circulation light will be flashed

B.
Press time setting button to add or reduce time which should be demanded(maximum 600 minutes, minimum is 1 minute); Press the time setting button again to set time for machine will be stopped(maximum 600 minutes minimum 1 minute); Press the button triple to set data store(unlimited circulation); In the case of without operating circulation, then the number should be set for 0.

C.
Press ON/OFF button to start operating the machine. Press ON/OFF button machine will be stopped during the machine is operating; Press ON/OFF button again the machine will be restarted to continue work; This apparatus has memory function. It will be worked following on the last time working data when power on again after in the case of power supply is interrupted in non normal ;

D.
Alarm will be rung and number will be flashed on the screen when the setting working time is over;

NOTICE:

1.
Please check the apparatus and attachment against the packaging list

2.
In order to avoid breakage, do not hit the apparatus during delivery

3.
Please put the apparatus in the place where is cooling and dry; do not open plastic film on it if the apparatus should not be installed in time

4.
The apparatus should be placed in a place where must with good ventilation, humidity less than 90%; and should not be rained

5.
The apparatus should be prohibited to place in place where is easily for flame and explode

6.
Prohibit to jam vent of the apparatus, otherwise the apparatus temperature will be boosted and ozone concentration will be reduced, also the apparatus service life will be less

7.
Do not touch ozone for long time; it will be allowed to enter after the completely sealed place full of ozone in 60 minutes;

8.
Do not try to open the case of apparatus by non specialist, it will be allowed to open the case of apparatus by general electrician who should be instructed by specialist;

DAILY MAINTENANCE

1. The apparatus should be placed in a place where must be dry cleaning and good ventilation, temperature should be -10-40℃
,relative humidity should be less than 85%

2. The power supply must be shut off when apparatus need to maintain

3. The vent of apparatus should be checked regularly, it should be cleaned in the case of there is much dust on it;

4. Make sure the vent in good situation due the apparatus can work for 24 hours continuously,

5.Cleaning cloth should be dried by wring for clean apparatus purpose, do not drop the water into the apparatus

AFTER <>During the warranty period, in the case of the apparatus has been damaged by human error or non correct methods, the expense of maintenance should be responded by customer;
